Dr. John Jinright, TAC presenter chair, said, each year, the Troy Arts Council showcases a musical group from one of the city or county schools. The TAC is proud to shine the spotlight on the award-winning CHHS choir that is directed by Calvin Scott.“It will be amazing to hear this outstanding high school choir in such a beautiful building with such amazing acoustics,” Jinright said. This is something entirely new for the Troy Art Council and it should be a fantastic performance. Semi Toned has won the Voice Festival in the UK so you know they have to be good.”The Southeast Alabama Community Band is on the TAC’s calendar this spring.
